Individual coaching sessions can be focussed on whatever you like: personalised communication training, healing from past trauma, freeing yourself from feelings of guilt, shame or depression, building self-esteem, getting clarity in decision making, self-empathy, preparation for authentic dialogue or mediation with other/s, or any issue in your life.
Individual sessions are usually 1 – 1½ hours long. You can have as few or as many as you like, but generally, at least 6 is recommended for lasting benefit.
